Aust Fieldspan Vin Diesel arrived
in Cincinnati in October 2004. Thanks to Yvonne Lauder and Diane
Seymour in Australia for entrusting us with this young fella.
Yvonne, who breeds under the kennel name Azucroft
for her ESS and Fieldspan for her Fields, has been in dogs for
over 25 years. She and her husband, Robert, successfully breed
and show both breeds. Diane Seymour, also a longtime ESS breeder
(Stephdie Kennels), imported her first Field Spaniel 18 years
ago through the kindness and help of Peggy Grayson. Diane and
Yvonne have been breeding together now for some time. They are
proud to say that in addition to many Group placings they have
won BIS2 All Breeds and BIS1 at Gundog specialities on quite a
few occasions with their Field Spaniels. And Yvonne is most thrilled
with her bred by dog, CH Azucroft Jumpin Jack, an ESS, who went
Best in Show at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in 1992, an entry
of over 5000 dogs. |
| Diesel, a liver male, born Feb
04, has made himself at home here already. Whether sleeping on
the couch, racing with the others through the leaves, or carrying
a favorite stuffed toy from room to room, he has become a well
loved family member.
Thank you Yvonne and Diane for this fun loving boy! We hope he
will be an asset to the breed here in the US. |
